Boracay is a small island in the central Philippines

Experience & Fun in Boracay

Scuba diving and snorkeling

Though Boracay is very famed for beautiful beach, there are
some interesting dive sites for those who cherish under water
activity. Travelers are able to buy various package at white sand
beach. Scuba diving sites, namely, crocodile island and Laurel
Island are interesting place for macro photography of small
critter and nudibranchs. For the snorkeling, recommended
place is Tambisaan beach.

Though Boracay is very famed for beautiful beach, there are some interesting dive sites for those who cherish under water activity. Travelers are able to buy various package at white sand beach. Boracay Island is the most popular kiteboarding and windsurfing destination in Asia. Both windsurfing and kitesurfing season generally starts from late October until March and April. Most famous surfing spots in Boracay is probably the Bulabog beach which attracting a lot people in peak season. An alternative to Bulabog beach is union beach where people are less crowded.

Cliff diving & kayaking & paddleboarding

Challenging yourself with the adventurous Ariel’s point with the popular cliff diving. It offers travelers with five level cliff diving platform (ranging from 3 to 15 meters) depends on the adrenaline-pumping travelers looking for. At Ariel’s point, travelers can also choose to have funny activities like Kayaking and paddleboarding in this paradise-like settings too.

Island hopping & sunset yacht cruise

Must-do activities when visiting Boracay is island hopping tour when you can endlessly appreciate the charming of scenery of Boracay and vicinity islands. Recommended spots are amazing crystal cove, beautiful crocodile island and private puka beach. And nothing better than the gorgeous sun set cruises in Boracay. Along the crystal-clear waters of Boracay, with its beautiful sceneries, cool breeze, it would be a truly memorable tour as the day ends.

Parasailing

Parasailing on Boracay is a great experience for a few adventure-minded individuals. it is a popular activity where riders can view the beautiful shoreline of white beach from above while being pulled by a boat. This is adrenaline-pumping experience for those who love heights and want a birds-eye-view of the whole island. Most operators are welcome travelers at white sand beach.

Hiking

Recently, hiking is gaining more popularity among other activities in Boracay. Outstanding spot where people likely to do hiking is from the Angol point to Mount Luho, which is the highest point of Boracay. Standing on the top of Mount Luho, travelers will surely enjoy the scenic view of long white beach.

Sinigang

Sinigang is a popular soup dish among Filipinos. Sinigang is a sour Filipino soup consisting of sampalok (fruits of the tamarind tree), vegetables and meat (fish, shrimp or chicken). Sinigang is traditionally served hot and steaming as a main dish, with rice as its accompaniment. With the freshness of Boracay’s sea ingredients, seafood sinigang is enjoyed by most tourists.

Because the ingredients, almost the seafood, for Paella in Boracay are fresh, tender and sweetness, Paella became popular among tourists.

Seafood

Since Boracay has the abundant supply of marine life in its area, the seafood here are very fresh and yummy. Various seafood restaurants are warmly welcome travelers to taste the tenderness of Boracay’s marine biodiversity. Boracay also have public market, D’Talipapa, selling fresh seafoods where people can enjoy selecting the best ingredients. Nearby the D’Talipapa, laid the Paluto services where selected ingredients can be cooked upon the cooking choices.

By air

Airline is the fastest and most convenient way to visit Boracay. Most major airlines, which are Philippines airline, Cebu pacific and Air Asia, in Philippines have direct flight flying toward Boracay. From Manila, there is one-hour direct flight from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Caticlan Boracay airport.

By ferry

The main port for Boracay is Caticlan Jetty Port which is 6 kilometers distance via sea to Boracay island. Therefore, in order to visit Boracay,
one need to go Caticlan Jetty port firstly, and then choose the mode of vessels. Vessels could be small bangka (boat), big vessel namely the
Boracay express, or private boat, which should take approximately
10-30 minutes depends on type of vessels.
